Due to our increasing order volumes, we sadly no longer offer free mushroom cultivation advice, there are many great resources online which we encourage you to study. Alternatively, our consultancy services can be found here if you’re looking to scale up.

I've paid for next day delivery, but my item has not come
Our DPD collection for next-day delivery comes at 2pm. We aim to dispatch orders before 12pm on the same day, but this is not guaranteed. When your order has been posted, you will be notified of your tracking information.
Can I collect my order from your facility?
We do not offer a standard collection service for orders under £500. If your order is over £500 and you would like to collect, please contact us. Note, under terms of our insurance, we are unable to welcome members of the public into our warehouse and/or give tours of our facilities.
My order or packaging has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Do you accept cash payments?
As a predominantly online business, we prefer digital payments. We do accept cash payments for orders over £500, please contact us to process your order and arrange collection.
