I've paid for next day delivery, but my item has not come
Our DPD collection for next day delivery comes at 1pm. We aim to dispatch orders before 12pm on the same day, but this is not guaranteed as sometimes we can be incredibly busy. When your order has been posted, you will be notified of your tracking information.
My order or packaging has arrived damaged, what should I do?
On occasion, orders and packaging can become damaged during transit. If this happens, please take lots of photos of the box, and the contents, highlighting any damage. This will act as proof of damage which we will need to submit to the couriers in order to submit a damage claim. Without photographic evidence, we are unable to replace or refund your order.
