Occasionally our products can get damaged during transit. Please keep hold of any damaged items as we may request they be returned to us for inspection prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
In the rare event our items are damaged in transit, we will need to provide photographic evidence to our couriers to claim on our insurance. We may request photographic and/or video proof from you directly before we are able to process your claim and in certain circumstances, we may also request that the bags be returned to us so we can inspect them (we will cover the return cost of any unused bags).
Without photographic/video proof of damage, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement claims.
Please don’t dispose of any items until we have confirmed that we have received all the information required to process your claim effectively.
Any damage or contamination claims should be reported to us immediately and must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We are unable to process claims outside of our 30-day guarantee window.
Sterilised Grain Bags & All-in-One Grow Bags
Sadly, no refunds or replacements can or will be issued for already inoculated grain or mushroom grow kit bags. In line with the included instructions, please leave all bags for 1-2 weeks before inoculation so that you can self-validate the sterility of the bags before inoculation. If you see contamination after you inoculate the bag, you (if bags were not fully sterile, they would contaminate within days of receipt).

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused and re-saleable condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please first email our customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
