Please ensure you read our shipping and returns policy and are happy with it before placing an order, as it constitutes the sale contract we have with you.

We offer four shipping options for our customers; please ensure you select the correct shipping option at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

All of our products are sent in plain cardboard boxes or envelopes with no branded packaging tape. The packing label will have a small return address as outlined below:

Dispatch & Lead Times

Please note that we are a small business with a small team trying to dispatch fluctuating volumes of orders, and sometimes, we are incredibly busy. As such, we may need up to three working days to dispatch your item, but we can often get orders dispatched the same day (unless stated otherwise in our listing).

We endeavour to dispatch all next-day orders the same day, but this is not guaranteed. If you have paid for the next-day service, we still require up to one full working day to dispatch your order. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Orders only ship on Business Days, which are generally Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Postal Collections (From our Warehouse)

We ship with two couriers, DPD & Royal Mail, who collect our orders Monday-Friday (except public holidays) around 12 pm. Orders placed after 10:00 am will likely be collected the following working day as it takes time for our warehouse team to pack & dispatch your orders.

Postal Upgrades

On occasion, we may have to upgrade your shipping service to allow us to post your item, as each carrier has specific shipping sizes and weight restrictions. We will do this automatically and will not charge you extra for it.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over £90. The buyer must select this option at checkout. The carrier we use to deliver your item will depend on the product(s) you have ordered. We are not able to give refunds on paid shipping when the order has qualified for free shipping, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to select the free shipping service at checkout.

Shipping Options

Royal Mail 2nd Class (4-7 Working Days)

This is our economy service and is a cost-effective way of receiving non-urgent, low-value, and none-tracked or signed-for deliveries.

Please note that Royal Mail may attempt to leave your item in a Safe Place if you are not home to receive it. We accept no responsibility for orders that have been marked as delivered by Royal Mail and left in a safe place; this is a risk you take as a buyer by selecting this option. No refunds or replacements will be given should this happen. 99% of the time, parcels are delivered to recipients, and there are rarely issues with postal workers leaving items in ‘safe places, ‘ but it does happen occasionally.

Due to maximum size and weight restrictions with this shipping option, we may have to upgrade this shipping option to DPD should your order be above a certain weight, size, or order value. We will do this automatically.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (+ Signed For) (2-3 Working Days)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is our most popular service and provides an economical shipping service. There is an option to have your parcel ‘signed for’ which will require a signature from someone upon delivery.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, it may be left at a local sorting office for collection. It will be kept here for 2-3 weeks maximum. If not collected, it will be returned to us, and we will have to charge a re-dispatch fee to have the order posted back to you. If you would like a refund on your returned item instead, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and your refund will be processed, excluding the original postage & packing costs which we paid to Royal Mail and can’t claim back.

Royal Mail will provide shipping updates to the telephone number provided at checkout, if the service has been paid for, they might also require a signature to deliver the package.

Due to maximum size and weight restrictions with this shipping option, we may have to upgrade this shipping option to DPD should your order be above a certain weight, size, or order value. We will do this automatically.

DPD Express & Tracked (1-3 Working Days)

Our Priority DPD service is a premium and express-tracked service for urgent orders, this service does not require a signature for delivery.

Should you not be in to receive the item, DPD drivers often attempt to redeliver the item the following day, but on rare occasions, the driver may leave the parcel outside your premises and mark it as delivered to a safe place.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered with proof of delivery by either of our carriers. This includes packages which have been reported as stolen.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

Are there any other shipping restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Click & Collect locations

Not all shipping methods will be available for all items

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
