Our Inject and Forget Mushroom Grow Kits are the simplest mushroom growing kit we offer, improving on our already popular All-in-One kits, the ultimate low-maintenance solution for growing a variety of mushroom strains – for the lazier people among us. This 1-step approach keeps cultivation simple and subsequently reduces the risk of contamination.

With pre-mixed sterile grain and substrate in a single bag, this kit eliminates the need to mix halfway through colonisation, reducing effort and minimising contamination risks.

Each bag contains approximately 1.5kg of a precisely balanced blend of hydrated organic rye grain and CVG substrate (Coir, Vermiculite, and Gypsum). This all-in-one mixture is expertly hydrated to field capacity and sterilised in an industrial steam autoclave at 126°C for three hours, delivering a perfectly sterile environment for rapid colonisation and impressive yields.

Using the kit is effortless:

Inject the bag with your preferred liquid culture or inoculant (available to purchase separately).
Allow the bag to colonise fully without additional steps—no mixing required.
Once colonised, fruit mushrooms directly from the bag or transfer to a fruiting chamber of your choice, such as a monotub, shotgun fruiting chamber, or ‘martha’ style setup. Comprehensive instructions are included for an easy, hassle-free growing experience.

Whilst we often maintain a small inventory of most items for immediate dispatch, often, items that are freshly produced, high-volume, or made-to-order may require additional time before they can be shipped.

This additional time is referred to as the ‘lead time’ or production time. Please consider this when placing your order.

Grain is triple-washed to remove chaff, soaked overnight and boiled to a consistent moisture content of 55%
Bags can be used with all liquid cultures or spore syringes (though the risk of contamination is higher when using spore syringes).
Suitable for beginners and advanced growers.
8% horticultural gypsum is added to help keep grains separated and to add essential minerals and trace elements to support vigorous mycelial growth.
A liquid culture will need to be purchased separately
Note that we cannot refund or replace already inoculated/used bags; please follow the included instructional guide (link also below) so you can self-validate the bag’s sterility before inoculation and ensure a successful grow.

Orders are typically dispatched on the same or next working day. However, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch, plus any additional product lead times, especially during busy periods.

We ship our products in plain, unbranded, reinforced cardboard boxes with ample internal protection.

Our shipping couriers may leave parcels with a neighbor or in a safe place if no one is home to receive them. To prevent this, please select the designated signed-for service at checkout and ensure you are available to receive the parcel. Otherwise, the package will be held at your local sorting office or returned to us. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels if the signed-for service is not chosen at checkout.

Larger orders that require multiple boxes will automatically be upgraded to DPD Local shipping, as they support multi-parcel shipments. Extremely large or heavy orders may need to be dispatched via a pallet.

If items are returned to us due to a failed delivery, a redispatch or restocking fee may apply. Please ensure that any held packages are collected from your local sorting office within 2 weeks to avoid them being returned.

We highly recommend upgrading to the 'DPD Express Tracked' service at checkout, as we find it to be the fastest, safest, and most reliable option. Please note that Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays in their sorting offices.
